Creating an account is the first step for anyone who wants to submit work or attend IASCL 2027.

Create and activate your account
Use the official congress platform. After account creation, you will receive an email with your access details for the participant area.
Enter the Participants Area
Log in and click “Participants Area” to submit your abstract. Use this area to edit your work and check its status.
Complete registration and payment
Use the same account when congress registration and payment become available. Check this page for the published fees and deadlines.
Store your username/email and password safely. The Organizing Committee may not have access to your password and may be unable to recover account information in some cases.

Registration fees for IASCL 2027 have not yet been announced. Detailed categories, fees and payment deadlines will appear here as soon as they are available.
There will be more than one fee level, with at least two different fee categories. This structure is intended to help make participation affordable and accessible to researchers and students from different countries and economic contexts.

For student registration
Attach current proof of enrollment or a declaration from your educational institution when registering. The Organizing Committee must validate your category before registration is finalized. Validation of supporting documents requires at least one business day, so allow time before the published fee deadline.

What counts as meeting a registration fee deadline?
The deadline refers to completion of the entire registration process: filling in the registration form, validation of supporting documents when required (for example, proof of enrollment for undergraduate and graduate students), and payment. Please pay special attention to the published fee deadlines.
How do I request a refund?
In case of cancellation, participants must send a request to iascl2027@gmail.com. Requests sent within 7 (seven) days of payment, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code (PROCON), are entitled to a full refund, in the exact amount received by the Congress. All refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the receipt of bank details.
Which details will appear on my badge and certificate?
Please check the data you enter when registering. Badges and certificates will be issued using those details. Participants are responsible for the information provided and for any resulting errors in these materials.
